These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, which connects students with mentors to offer personalized educational guidance and structured preparation plans for academic and competitive success. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Overview
   Our platform integrates automated data processing with mentorship services to provide customized learning support, preparation advice, and performance tracking. The platform serves as a bridge between students and mentors, offering feedback and assistance based on academic performance.

Key Features:

1. • Platinum Plan Users: Platinum users will have access to personalized mentorship. Platinum users must provide accurate and timely academic data for effective personalized mentorship. If users fail to provide the necessary data, the mentorship may not be tailored to their specific needs.
   • Non-Platinum Users: Users subscribed to other plans (Gold, Silver) will receive static, automated suggestions from the platform without personal mentorship.
   • Performance Forecasting: We provide forecasted exam results based on performance data; however, these forecasts are estimates only and may not match actual results. We do not guarantee that forecasted results will align with real-world outcomes.
2. Eligibility
   The platform is available to students and candidates of various educational levels, including school, college, university, private institutions, and those preparing for professional and competitive exams. Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if under 18.
3. Registration and Account Security
   To access our services, users must register for an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must report any unauthorized access immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any misuse of the platform.
4. Subscription Plans
   Users may subscribe to different service plans, such as Gold, Silver, or Platinum, which vary in terms of available features, mentorship access, and performance tracking options.
   • Platinum Plan: Offers personalized mentor feedback.
   • Gold/Silver Plans: Provide static, automated suggestions generated by the platform.
     If users upgrade their subscription plans, the new plan’s features will take effect immediately with a differential payment.
5. Data Collection and Use
   We collect personal information and academic data for the purpose of providing our services. This includes data such as academic performance, study habits, and target goals. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of this data with mentors as needed for providing personalized feedback (for Platinum users) or generating automated suggestions (for other users).

6. Intellectual Property
   All content and materials on our platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property, are owned by us or our partners. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without express permission.

9. Performance Disclaimer
   The platform offers tailored suggestions and performance forecasting based on data analysis. However, forecasted results are estimates only and may not match actual results. The success of the user depends on their efforts, and we cannot be held liable for failure to achieve academic or professional objectives.
10. Stress and Mental Health Disclaimer
    While our mentors/platform aim to provide constructive and beneficial feedback, we do not take responsibility for any emotional or mental stress experienced by students due to the evaluations or recommendations made by mentors or the platform. It is advised that students seek professional psychological or counseling services if they experience stress or mental health concerns related to academic performance.
11. User Responsibility for Devices and Connectivity
    The platform requires internet access and compatible devices. Users are responsible for ensuring they have access to necessary technology and a stable internet connection. We are not liable for device malfunctions or connectivity issues that affect access to services.
12. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform, mentor advice, or issues related to users’ devices and connectivity. All guidance, whether personalized (Platinum) or automated (Gold/Silver), is advisory, and users must exercise their own judgment.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
    Our platform may link to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, and we are not liable for, the security, content, practices, or performance of any third-party websites or services linked to or from our platform. Your use of these third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review their terms before use.
14. Force Majeure
    We will not be held responsible for service delays or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network or internet failures, government orders, or strikes.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes related to these Terms or the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration proceedings taking place in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
